We're sitting at Olive Garden for our pre-game lunch...conversation fills the room...thoughts fill my mind. We find ourselves in an interesting position...one we are certainly not used to. Sitting at 1-1 and following one of the most lop-sided losses that I can recall this program ever experiencing. That said, the eternal realist in me is full of optimism for what lies ahead of this version of the Trinity Soccer family. We have a difficult match ahead of us tonight against a historically stingy team. Our focus however, is OUR standard. Though it is very early on in this season, the girls are in pursuit of their identity. We are a family of fantastic students that have a desire to do things other Trinity teams have fallen short of. The competitive standard is to play their very best game...every game. That is a large task, but getting better every day seems the only option. As a staff we are excited to see what decisions these young women will make to charter their journey as One.
